Processing

It is important to understand that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Please note, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Inventory

Not all of our inventory is available through our domestic warehouses and, therefore, could be subject to the longer shipping periods of up to 4 weeks even if ordered domestically. Each product will display an estimated shipping period on their page. 

Shipping Inaccuracies

Because we are human and are subject to inaccuracies, and software programs are not without their occasional glitches, Tilly Rey is not responsible for any inaccurate shipping information and times provided. We will do our very best to avoid such issues and to remedy them quickly when found. However, we will not provide any refunds or returns due to a mistake in shipping information listed on our website, ads, etc.  

Due to the uncertainty of COVID-19 with regards to shipping, Tilly Rey is not guaranteeing any shipping times.  COVID-19 regulations may cause unforeseen delays that our out of our control. 

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Tilly Rey reserves the right to change rates and time estimates at any time.

Calculated Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Shipping Estimates

Please allow 7 to 14 business days for items (once shipped) to arrive. Items purchased that are located in our warehouses oversees may take up to 4 weeks to arrive even if you are located in the United States. We are not responsible for any lost items once in transit. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, Mexico, most countries in Europe (France, Germany, Spain, etc.), United Kingdom, and Australia.

         *Please note, even if your country is not on the list we can most likely ship your item(s). The time estimate will be unavailable until your order has been shipped and may not have tracking available. We are not responsible for any lost items or any item's arrival date. 

 

Calculated Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

Shipping Estimates

Please allow approximately 2 to 6 weeks for your product(s) to arrive. Shipping time estimates will range depending on what country you reside in and where you live. We are not responsible for any lost items once in transit.

Duties and Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Tilly Rey is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 2 to 7 business days for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days (Domestic) or 30 days (International) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@tillyrey.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 21 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@tillyrey.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
